Over a year since I took the policy out and still not had the cashback as it is still sat at 'confirmed'. Apparently they haven't paid TCB so I haven't been paid. Appaling

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! A rip-off. Declined cashback after almost a year of waiting and won't even bother offering an explanation as to why!!! If they can't be bothered to even do that I certainly don't think they should be trusted with looking after/providing someone's life insurance!!!!! Am disappointed that over a year has passed and despite nudges and support claims nothing has materialised. I will not use L & G again. One more chance for TC and then it's off to another cashback site for me!
