Really slow at payout. Been confirmed for 3 months now, after I had to initially chase. Suppose that it is a bonus if it comes through as needed life insurance anyway.

After a 6 month wait, L&G declined the cashback. Didn't receive notification of this, and have now had to raise a ticket. Probably more hassle than it's worth.

Hi took out life insurance in April 2016 , L & G sent me a M & S card for £75 , after 4 months , good , paid out £75 in cashback in December 2016 , excellent , you just got to wait for it . thanks

Over a year since I took the policy out and still not had the cashback as it is still sat at 'confirmed'. Apparently they haven't paid TCB so I haven't been paid. Appaling

Transaction tracked fine, but confirmation was extraordinarily slow. Paid for the policy in full, so cashback should have been confirmed in 3 months, but took over 7 (and contacting customer services to chase it up) before it actually got confirmed.
