	Transaction tracked fine, but confirmation was extraordinarily slow. Paid for the policy in full, so cashback should have been confirmed in 3 months, but took over 7 (and contacting customer services to chase it up) before it actually got confirmed.

	Very Very slow moving to become payable and had to put claims in and keep nudging it took me 7 months to date to get my cash back so its not the best. Look else where do not use these

	Legal & General are a complete waste of time on Topcashback - over 15 months of premiums paid to 2 valid policies and they are refusing to pay the cashback. They are complete scammers and I would advise anyone thinking of taking out a policy through Topcashback DON'T - you will be disappointed!!

	I would give zero stars if possible! Shocking Experience with Legal & General for a Critical illness cover . After 6 years of payments on the insurance when I have done a claim , they have declined my claim after 8 months of investigation as well as cancelling my insurance and they have returned my payments back . Why didn’t they tell me after a month, a year …???? At this stage no other company will offer me a insurance , probably if I died, my wife and kids would have been homeless by now

	Very poor Waiting since February . Initially stated 22 weeks now we are at 8 months and no sign when it will become payable . Not good enough I’m afraid

	Poor Cash back is well over due and still no sign of it being made payable, waste off time if I’d of looked at reviews before buying I’d of not went with legal and general

	Declined pay out Declined pay out after waiting ages and having to claim, stated I could have been referred elsewhere, even though I clicked through and progressed to payment in one visit. Also cashback customers can't claim the gift card offer and by the time they decline cashback the date to claim the gift card has past. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere if this is how they treat the early sign up stages, I don't fancy a battle if I actually had to use the policy after paying thousands.

	Really slow at payout. Been confirmed for 3 months now, after I had to initially chase. Suppose that it is a bonus if it comes through as needed life insurance anyway.

	After a 6 month wait, L&G declined the cashback. Didn't receive notification of this, and have now had to raise a ticket. Probably more hassle than it's worth.
