Still waiting for a Dec purchase payout
Purchase didn't track, but I raised as missing and it was recognised. Pleased that they offer good high payouts. However, my purchase of 11 Dec has been sitting as confirmed, with payable showing approx 8 weeks.
It's now 18 weeks and I still haven't received payment. I have raised it with TCB and no doubt they will say waiting on retailer, but if a retailer is on the program, there should be tighter agreements in place between the the two parties. The customer should not be kept waiting after a period of time and TCB, you need to have contingency funds to pay customers and deal with your retailers separately.

been waiting for nearly a year!!!!
What is the point of these retailers offering cashback when they do not pay out. Slow is not the word for lacoste. I made a purchase in early February 2025 and I am still waiting for them to get back to TCB.
Item of clothing I purchased is already last year's fashion and still NO CASHBACK

Love Lacoste!!! People be patient!!!
Took awhile to get my cash back but being a member for quite awhile, I know some retailers take awhile to give the cashback. Initially it didn’t track but I have left it and soon it appeared when it is due to be cash out. Cash back amount is pretty good I would say considering Lacoste do give exclusive gift to their members so really its a DOUBLE gift!

Don't bother
As usual, cashback didn't track. Put in a claim, rejected as they say I didn't go thru TCB. TCB agree with them, even though the transaction is recorded
