La Redoute is without doubt the best merchant for paying out cashback. It always tracks really fast and I've never had a problem with non payment. Highly recommended.

I will never shop with La Redoute again for two reasons. Firstly, their customer service is appalling-the slowest delivery times we have had from any online retailer. Secondly, they turned down a perfectly valid cashback claim with no reasonable explanation as to why. The cashback was not for a large amount but this is besides the point, they should not be allowed on the Top Cashback list of merchants if they are not prepared to honour straightforward and perfectly legitimate cashback claims. AVOID

Up date on previous comment La Redoute finally paid cashback for order made 27th July 2013 on 31st October 2013.

Good selection and quick tracking, but these are the only positive things I can say. When I hadn't heard anything from them a week after placing an order, I contacted customer service and was told their UK warehouse was still waiting for the item to arrive from France. Another week later still nothing, and a look into my online account tells me the order has been cancelled! Not by me it hasn't, and no info from them about it.

Without a doubt, TopCashBack is the most pain free, satisfying way of making extra money. I always thought cashback sites had hidden catches,after all, nobody gives money away! I've never been so happy to be proved wrong & only regret that I left it so long before joining up. Thanks to Martin Lewis's recommendation (another excellent site) I feel much happier about spending money!

This is a french company so their sizing is a little on the small side. Delivery can also take a while. Lovely variety of colours and styles though.

Goods received from La Redoute were of good quality and value. Top cash back tracked quickly. My one complaint would be the lack of communication with regards to delivery. I was unable to track my order on their website, although there is supposed to be a tracking facility. I received no communication from them after order confirmation. I would have appreciated some idea of when to expect to receive my items.

Cashback appeared on here and is tracking fine. It's the first time I've used this company and I must say it's not the geatest transaction. I purchased my item late Oct and received all the usual emails including one which read like my order was being packed, wrong. They have not even got it in stock, cant understand how or why the site allows you to put an item of clothing in the basket if they dont actually have it in stock. I tried emailing them via the website but what I thought was my customer number wouldnt accept so unable to email. I then had to make a call to ask does anyone know where my first order is and was told we dont have them in stock at the moment. They had some really nice items on their site when I placed the first order but I'm not sure I'm entirely happy with them at present to warrant purchasing anything else.
