Our members seem to love Jet2holidays.com as those who have provided us with a review have given them an overall four-star rating. The major reasons for this positive feedback seem to be the company’s first-class customer service, their friendly staff and the fabulous resorts they offer.

The fact cashback tracks without any issues and is paid out quickly - often before members have even gone on their holiday - also seems to be a big factor as to why customers are happy with their experience.

People who have left positive reviews on Trustpilot are very complimentary about their planes - especially the legroom offered - and the fact that they seem to go the extra mile to provide customers with the little things which go a long way to ensuring they have a great holiday.

One customer says they would not use anyone other than Jet2 because of the great flight times, customer service and baggage allowance they offered, while holidaymakers also praise everything from their check-in staff, cabin crew and reps to the flights, hotels and transfers.

I followed all the instructions and still did not receive cashback. On Speaking to TopCashback they said Merchant won't pay and they cannot do anything about it! False promise

It's not easy to earn cashback through this retailer, i'm still waiting 3 month later for a payout that was supposed to take 4 weeks!

The cash back initially showed as 1p but never uplifted to £26.25. This is currently being investigated by the topcashback team who have been brilliant but the whole experience has been very worrying and stressful

The first of my 2 claims against Jet2holidays.com has been turned down despite me being very careful to ensure it tracked. First merchant this has happened to me in years. I suspect there are others in this position

Booked a holiday via the TCB mobile app and the Jet2Holidays mobile site. Cash back didn't track so I opened a case and asked TCB to look into it. Jet2 refused the cash back stating I had used an unauthorised voucher code. I in fact didn't use any voucher codes at all during the transaction. Disappointing and feels a bit of a cop out, especially given as i found Jet2's customer service to actually be very good.

Have booked three holidays with Jet2 this year and have not received any cashback. Claim is always declined for some reason. All booking references etc were included with the claim.

Rubbish at paying out... no fault of TCB who tried unsuccesfully to get them to do anything about it. Even after clearing caches before hand the "affiliate network" has declined it with some lame excuss. POintless having cashback if they cannot be arsed to look after it properley. Again no fault of TCB. 3 times tried with these jokers and so far only 1 cashback payout. Very Poor Jet2holidays "affiliate"

Holiday booking itself was really smooth, booked my holiday on 18th May with no problems. However, cashback was not applied to my account so I had to raise a missing cashback claim. As yet on 2nd August, there has been no update on my claim and apparently I may have to wait several months to receive a decision as to whether the merchant will pay £30 cashback against a £1535 holiday booking - I was planning on using the cashback to pay towards said holiday as I had added a private transfer to the booking as a little treat as the cost of adding this would be offset by TCB. Never had any problems before in the 6 years I've been a member on here - come on Topcashback, let's get this sorted asap otherwise you have one cross member who won't be paying for Plus Membership when it gets to the renewal date next month.
