The fact cashback tracks without any issues and is paid out quickly - often before members have even gone on their holiday - also seems to be a big factor as to why customers are happy with their experience.

Rejected my cashback claim of £35, saying they could not locate the transaction. Not a cheap holiday by any means, so disappointed not to get a bit back. My visit was 'recorded' when I made the booking. Not impressed from a cashback point of view.

Booked a holiday with a mate, four months in advance, for some unknown reason, Jet2 require someone to be a 'lead passenger.' A month before, I fell out with my mate who was the lead passenger. I was still planning on going on holiday, but having nothing to do with him, after all, I had paid over £450. A few weeks later, I checked to see if the flight was changed at all, and to my horror, I was no longer listed as a passenger, my ex mate had taken me off and added a current girlfriend. All he had to do, as lead passenger, was pay £50 to take my name off and put hers on. She got a holiday paid by me for free. Complained to Jet2, and all they would say was it was allowed on their 'FAQS' nothing about not letting me know. I said this was like theft and I would like to complain. Sure, they gave me an email, could take 28 days. Heard back from them today, on the day I was supposed to fly out, surprise surprise, and said there was nothing they could do. Why there is a need for a lead passenger, I don't know, and why they cannot call you and say 'are you aware that you are about to lose your holiday? are you okay with someone taking your holiday??' very simple thing to do and would be ethical on their part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Had to put in a manual claim but it was paid out after a lengthy period so just be patient as Topcashback will chase it up. In my case from purchase to payout it took 6 months

Just returned from holiday and we were extremely pleased with this company. Flights exactly on time and everything went great from start to finish. I am a bit puzzled as to why so many people have had cash back problems so maybe I can offer a few tips? I know it has been said many times, but clearing cookies is crucial to tracking. I browsed Jet2 holidays many times in the lead up to actually booking, but once I had made up my mind I shut down all web pages, cleared all cookies, logged into TCB and went to JET2 holidays to make booking. Tracked pretty quickly, but then comes the waiting part. You have to be VERY patient because many holiday companies are very slow to pay out cashback simply because they are waiting to make sure the holiday is not cancelled etc. If you book your holiday months in advance, like me, then you will more than likely be waiting months to be paid! Read TCB's notes about payment speeds, but if you are not happy, notify them. I have played the waiting game before, so was not really concerned. My cashback paid out the week before we travelled, which I thought was fair enough, some companies pay out after the travel date. I will certainly be using Jet2 again and their website and booking system are really easy to use. Hope this info has helped someone!

I spent nearly £1000 on flights with Jet 2 and was expecting £30 cashbck. Unfortunately it didn't track and they refused to pay up. Very dissappointed .

Great holiday deal and although cashback didn't track originally hassle free once I raised a ticket and the cashback was added within 2 weeks. Can't comment on the quality of the product as we haven't had a holiday yet but travelled with jet2 before and never had any problems previously.

Booked 2 separate holidays through Jet2, 1st tracked no problems and money paid when said. Unfortunately 2nd didn't track, so had to put a claim in. Wasn't sure if I'd get the £30, but really pleased with the service, filled missing claim in on 10th March and finally got cash back less than 2 months later. Thank you topcashback and Jet2. Just looking forward to the holidays now!
