Disappointing as my cashback has been declined by isubscribe for reasons unknown.
It tracked straight away but has since been declined, i have checked all the T&C's but cannot see why they have done this. I didn't use a voucher code and completed the transaction online

I ordered a magazine subscription from this firm which became eligible for cashback on 2nd Dec. Cashback has never registered, although TCB have pursued it. I have contacted iSubscribe themselves and they claimed my agreement was with TCB and I should pursue it with them. I replied and told them TCB were simply intermediaries and it was iSubscribe making the cashback offer. They didn't reply. Having looked at other comments non-payment of cashback seems to be a common problem over the last year or so. I won't be dealing with them again.

Looked like cashback was going through, then suddenly reverted to £0.00. I took out the annual subscription and no problem with receiving the product, but don't appreciate being lured in with a generous cashback amount only to receive NOTHING. Won't be using this company again, because I'd rather deal with honest companies.

Further to my magazine order last July, the non-payment of cashback, and the comment I posted on 9 Nov 2010 (below), despite several nudges, I still haven't received the promised cashback. Avoid iSubscribe if you actually want to receive your cashback!

Be careful you you don't pay loads more for £4 cashback --- £17 on Mags web Site or £39 on iSUBSCRiBE for a year..

Purchased a £46.80 subscription to Ride magazine on 27 June this year. Initially tracked ok, then went to confirmed but the amount showing was double the value of my order (£93.60 instead of £46.80). It then went to payable as £0.00, in other words I wasn't getting any cashback. Raised an enquiry on 3rd Sept to TCB for the missing £3.74 cashback, but no word since. Won't hold my breath for iSubscribe to sort it out, but certainly won't be using them again for my magazine subscriptions!
