No problems.
I've used them 3 times - twice for a one-off payment purchase and once for a direct debit purchase - and it's tracked every time, with a reasonably swift payout.

Beware direct debits
I don't think you get cashback for direct debit subscriptions on this website. Nor can you use isubscribe own vouchers or points for direct debit subscriptions. My cashback hasn't even tracked.
