Zero Stars
Takes months and even years to get cashback and even when it is paid it's not the amount you were expecting and there's no way of checking which has and has not been paid out if you have several claims with them.
Not really worth the hassle for the pittance that you may get eventually.

Took over 6 months
Quickbooks took over 6 months to validate my claim and provide payable cashback. The experience itself was smooth just don't rely on the published timeframes.
