Got there in the end
Didn't track despite the visit being recorded and correct TCB code used.
Missing cashback claim opened after 30 days, took about 5 weeks after submission to appear in account and then paid 2 weeks later.
Great service from TCB and a great exclusive cashback on a sale item from Huawei as well.

Huawei denied a claim 1 year and 7 days AFTER purchase; it appears they have a 1 year limit on any appeals. Obviously they do not believe in customer satisfaction!

Quicker than stated, only took 2 months , however when it tracks it gives a higher rate , but later reduce it is they don’t inc the vat
