Absolute scam. I made 2 hotel bookings, both tracked with the correct amounts however they never paid out. I had proof of staying with them, proof of tracking but TCB said they couldnt find my booking. Absolute scam, very unhappy, dont use Hotels.com. I will be going back to my normal supplier of hotels. Beware Hotels.com advertise something they do not give!

Cashback tracks always on time (except at new year when they had an issue but everything was fixed after lodging claims). Average payout time.
