Worthwhile % but difficult to track as I book well in advance and do not expect cashback to be paid until after my stay, which may be some months after booking.

Time to payout varies hugely with Hotels.com sometimes its a few weeks, sometimes its months. I've never had a missed transaction though and if you combine cashback with their rewards programme its quite worthwhile.
