Very very slow. Still awaiting cashback for a hotel booked in June 2016. Confirmed as payable but not paid. Appears to be the slowest cashback retailer I use.

I used Hotels.com in December 2016 and have still not received my cashback, but when I used them in April 2017 I have already been paid so I don't understand the problem. I travel regularly for work but will not use Hotels.com again until this is resolved
