Tracking at a lower rate on numerous transactions, despite me not logging in to claim reward nights. Keeping the lovely people at Topcashback busy trying to sort it! I always clear cache etc. Doesn't happen with any other retailers. Disappointing!

The sum I paid for three separate bookings was incorrectly tracked and the percentage of the cashback for each of the three separate bookings was also incorrectly tracked! Pretty disgusted.

Failed to track again, then I was told have to wait till we had stayed (despite non refundable payment in full), then I have to wait for 'the next batch of claims' quote took my breath, I would use another hotel provider for reliable cashback.
