terrible merchnt. claims never track for the correct amount (doesnt seem to be an issue with their competitors). Always have to submit claims, which are often rejected.

Not happy! I have several claims where the offer was greater than the amount paid! The difference being as much as 16% less than the offer in certain cases. (Various claims have been made and have been pending for more than 3 months in some cases.
