Booking hotels is fine but cashback rates quoted were simply untrue. I complained via Topcashback but to no avail. DO NOT EXPECT QUOTED CASHBACK RATES TO ACTUALLY EXIST

Am I unlucky or is everyone really getting paid out correctly? Every single cashback from Hotels.com has tracked incorrectly. So far there have been four cases. Each one has taken ages to resolve and there is no dispute on whether I booked without Hotels.com rewards as I have provided evidence in each case. Perhaps it is just me that it tracks wrongly on every single purchase.

Awful when claiming refund on awful stay at hotel. Only provides a credit on next booking which has to be used within 12 months. Totally useless to me as I have no inclination to book another short stay to use my refund. A spend of £90.00 just to claim a small refund is a non starter.

Very variable. Some transactions track perfectly, and some get declined for no obvious reason. All rather annoying and I shall probably stop using them because of this.

This retailer does not pay cashback properly. I had hotel bookings with 20% cashback but they paid only 7%. I did file a wrong cashback claim but still nothing happened and it has already been 5months. Awful retailer. Please avoid at all cost even if their cashback rates are so high.
