I use hotels.com a lot and always go through TopCashback. It can take a while for the cash to come through, obviously it doesn't get paid until after your stay so if you're booking in advance it can take a while, but my experience is that it does come through in the end. The cashback percentage tends to be pretty good too, so I've not got any complaints!
