Pays quickly, escpecially if you pay online rather than at the hotel, and the cashback amounts are generous. And you get hotels.com's rewards scheme as well. Great site.

Most transactions are picked up however mobile one never pick up and can take 3 months for claim to process!

Not very good. Claims to have not tracked my cash back on a number of occasions, or not identifying my purchase despite giving proof. Happened on a few occasions now, losing over £100 of cashback. Will no longer ber using this retailer.
