Terrible company, taken months to try and resolve cashback claim and now refusing to pay. Will not book them again. Topcashback not helpful either.

Unfortunately I've tried several times over the past few days to book a holiday online but when I reach the payment page and choose the card to pay with it says their payment system is temporarily unavailable. The only alternative is to call Customer Services and pay but then you receive no cashback and they say they can't see a problem with the website..
