All cashback will start as pending in your account. This is the first stage of cashback and will stay at this status for a number of weeks.
This allows the retailer time to ensure you keep your purchase and that it meets any terms set out on the retailer page.
Once the retailer is able to verify we're eligible for this cashback it will then move to confirmed
