I have opened a claim, but my cashback is now showing correctly in my earnings. What should I do?
Please go into your claim and close it. If you’re unable to do this, just send us a message, and we’ll do it for you.
I returned or cancelled my order. Should I keep my claim open?
You can go ahead and close your claim. If it remains open, your cashback will likely be declined.
Why haven’t my claim nudges been responded to?
We receive a high number of claims, so we’re unable to reply to every nudge. Instead, we use nudges to identify areas where claims may need more attention. Nudging your claim can be helpful and won’t delay its progress.
I’ve accidentally closed my claim. How can I reopen it?
If you’ve closed your claim, don’t worry! Please send us a support ticket and let us know which claim was closed. We’ll reopen it for you.
