	My purchase of nearly £40 twice in one day has never been recorded,I ordered online via your website,but it did not register, frankly, I cant be bothered to persue it.

	Its great to get cashback on items you preorder but pick up in store. But they recently reduced it to 1% and that really is a very small discount indeed.

	Be careful when using this merchant, although they are a reputable company, they do not always pay out on cashback, and in my case failed to even give top cash back a reason as to why. Therefore definately do not use just to claim cashback if you can find the product elsewhere cheaper.

	The overall experience was not to bad. The only thing I would say that let Halfords down was their lack of knowledge in relation to their stockd products both in store and on the phone. Getting a clear and precise answer to how certain baby car seats worked from both avenues (and I visited no fewer than 3 seperate stores) was like pulling teeth. This meant that a lot of the how to use information I had to either find out or workout myself. Staff were nice in all incidences but nice did not give me the crucial information that I required to make sure that I was choosing the correct safety equiptment for my baby.

	I purchased some paint through their 'Reserve and Collect' system. When I got to the store, they could only give me two out three products. It looks like they cancelled the purchase and then re-sold me the two items as I have lost all cashback. Be aware when using them.

	Very poor, of the two items that I have done through topcashback one failed to track and I am still waiting for payment on the second three months after the due date.

	Cashback recorded last November 2009 but no money yet received. Logged a claim back then and am still waiting for their response...... Would not recommend.
