	Cashback never appeared Top cash back automatically submitted the claim after the time had passed. Same as other reviews - to no avail. Halfords are Rubbish and don’t deserve to be on this site

	Rather slow to complete I use Halfords frequently for large purchases. They update the transaction but weeks after it should have been released to be able to cash out it still isn’t completed.

	Very very slow merchant I frequently make purchases from Halfords but they are extremely slow to pay cashback, over a year in some cases. Combined with all the other ways Halfords provides sub-standard services, I'm deeply unimpressed.

	Bit slow Drag there feet a bit seems long wait,not as long as temu,but could do better,but come through at the end watch out for bargains and free delivery.

	Long time to wait Great to get the cashback, but it would be infinitely better if it was paid out within a short period of time, or even instantly. Would defo use it more often if that was the case.

	5 Months to Payment but Ok Tracked on and did estimate 13 weeks so 5 months to payment is ok by me.

	Here's another 1 star !! I purchased a couple of tyres, it didn't track so I submitted a claim. 6 months later outcome was" No commission is due to TopCashback for this order". No other explanation and considering the miserly rates they now offer it's time to shop elsewhere from now on. I've left Halfords a one star review to add to the many others.

	Very slow Had two orders with Halfords using the cashback and both have taken well over the 13 weeks specified. I've had to get in touch to have them chase it. For a big company like this I expect better, if you can't fulfill your end of the deal then don't work with cashback companies

	Still waiting for cash from March 25 Made a purchase in March 25 finally confirmed as payable on 31 March 2026, still no payment but showing as payable with 20 weeks. If Halfords are going to adopt this approach they should be dropped by TopCashBack

	Yet another merchant who doesn't keep its promises Like many other reviewers have witnessed, Halfords promised cashback but didn't pay it in any reasonable timeframe (7 months and still waiting). They should be booted off TopCashBack - no point in displaying merchants who don't pay up. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
