Avoid Groupon at all costs. They over-sell the offers to the point that the retailers or businesses cannot cope with the demand and are unable to offer the product or service you purchased. Groupon customer services are DREADFUL. 5 weeks of emailing (because it is impossible to get through on the phone) and I still have not received a refund for the product they sold me which was unavailable.

I've had trouble with some Groupon deals tracking, while others go through quickly. TCB has been excellent at chasing claims for the failed ones however and I think all of my 6 deals have now been processed successfully.

Tracked and confirmed quickly on several transactions amassing lots of cashback quickly. However, never actually paid and has since been wiped from my account with transactions mysteriously disappearing so as to not count for cashback. Not impressed.

Have recieved cashback quickly with this merchant but I notice they have recently reduced it from 10% to 8% now.
Still a good deal thou and the best group buying site with the best deals out there!

Tracked fine but cashback has gone down from £6 to 12% to 10% and now to 8%. :( As Groupon is officially THE fastest growing company in the world and making millions in profit, they could be a little more generous with their cashback.
