Groupon offer great discounts on a variety of products. Purchased vouchers are delivered promptly and they are quick to respond to queries. Although I realise it is up to the merchant to pay the advertised rate, I have always received the amounts advertised on the Groupon website. When you add cashback to the mix it is hard to resist.

Tracked very quickly and payable within a few weeks. My experience of Groupon has been mixed - the trick is to sign up for the 'experience' immediately, otherwise they get booked up and you might not get to spend your voucher.

Unethical company advertises free samples daily on Facebook and yet Groupon does not and never has had free samples! Just a dirty trick to get your email address.
Groupon slurp deal - Slurp changed the minimum order on beer from 6 bottles of each variety to 24 bottles of each as soon as the Groupon voucher went live. When I queried this Slurp said "Re @Groupon_UK offer, some beers are currently only available in 24 because of low stock. Your voucher is valid for 3mths - they'll be back!" That was more than 1 month ago and minimum order is still 24 of each type. Blatant lie from Slurp. When I complained to Groupon they said they would investigate and get back to me - that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard from them. Clearly neither Slurp nor Groupon know the meaning of the term "customer service" or "ethics".
