experienced tcb user, so I know what im doing and met all the criteria to receive cashback. However, my last couple of purchases have not tracked correctly and one is being declined, stay away and use someone else.

Found a great deal on an ipad mini. Tried to find it going through TCB and surprise surprise it was not on the site. Went back to groupon site independently and purchased 2 ipad minis costing me £600. I should have had £38 cashback. So much for TCB implying that you get through to the same website as you would normally. Can not understand all the great reviews. I think it stinks.

Groupon cashback is absolutely rubbish. hardly ever tracks and claims are always refused. on top of that I have had several purchases that have not been honoured. absolute shambles.

I get some great deals using Groupon but have bought 2 things lately and both haven't tracked and have sent nudge after nudge. I think Top Cash Back should review this supplier as it is giving alot of people bad experiences on top cash back!!!!

From my personal experience from groupon- I would recommend not to have any hope to receive the cashback or even to track. I had quite a few purchases from this merchant - neither of them has been even tracked or paid up. The TCB comes with the same excuses- never tracked as something to do with cookies. Absolute nonsense as I am TCB member not for the 1 st year and all transactions from all other merchants are always trackable. In addition, the very last purchase with groupon has not even been delivered by them for 20 days now. Not sure whether it will be ever delivered.

Interestingly - 3 out of 3 purchases have not tracked with this merchant. Thats unusual for me. However, when claiming it back, the payment is usually quite swift - within 4-6 weeks of the claim. It does make me wonder if they have a policy of not giving cashback unless its demanded... hoping you won't notice and they won't have to pay out.

Never again! I had only ever visited Groupon through Topcash back and purchased a christmas present. After months of chasing and getting no where fast, Groupon refused my claim of cash back!

Used to work great, but the last few times used cashback has not tracked at all. Very disappointing as these tend to be quite high value purchases where the cashback would be welcome.

Have had problems with every single deal from this company, no wonder the OFT is investigating them: Groupon deals purchased: Four Hour Photography Workshop for £35 with Maverick Photo Agency (Value £90) Tried to book several different days - all fully booked so impossible to use voucher. No replies to complaint emails to Groupon. Sightseeing Cruise on the River Forth for Two for £9 with Forth Boat Tours (Value £22) Same as above - all dates I tried were booked. No replies to complaint emails to Groupon. £8 for £20 Worth of Authentic Japanese Food for Two at Bonsai Japanese Bar Bistro Restaurant would not honour voucher. No replies to complaint emails to Groupon. £29.95 for an £85 Voucher to Buy Glasses from Top Brands Including Calvin Klein and Gucci at LensWay.co.uk Site would not accept voucher code. No replies to complaint emails to Groupon. Enjoy a Gourmet Demo & Dine Cookery Session in Either Indian, Italian, Thai or Vegetarian Cuisine with Cookmania for just £10 instead of £25 Company went bankrupt/closed down. No refund from Groupon. No replies to complaint emails to Groupon. £9 for a £30 Voucher to Redeem Against a Range of Vintage Wines, Continental Beers and Spirits from Slurp.co.uk - Save 70% Company increased prices the day before voucher went live and increased minimum orders for bottles of beer from 1 of each to 12 or 24 of each. When challenged on twitter said I was slandering them for pointing this out! Also said they would decrease minimum order when they got more stock in - not true, they never did. Tracked and confirmed quickly on several transactions amassing lots of cashback quickly. However, never actually paid and has since been wiped from my account with transactions mysteriously disappearing so as to not count for cashback. Not impressed.

I have an untracked claim outstanding from 31st May of this year & still not had any joy! TCB don't seem to be bothering to chase it as i have sent 3 nudges. Don't bother with this merchant.

There are great deals to be had via Groupon and I have had good experiences with the deals I have bought, but so far I have not seen any trace of any cashback that should have been earned (and no joy word from having the claim followed up by topcashback). Part of me thinks "what the hell, I'm getting a good deal anyway", but another part of me thinks "they promised cashback and they haven't followed through" and this is the sort of thing that bugs really me.
