I love Groupon and have bought quite a few things with no problems and when i could not attend an event due to over booking they refunded same day.
I have purchased 3 items via top cash back and all ran smoothly until it was time to pay out... it went from pennies due to 0.00 in payable and with no explanation.
I await with interest the other 2 payouts and will update if they become payable or my previous payment is resored

Though the customer service is good. The partners they use often let them down. I bought 2hours of cleaning with "Sparkles Cleaning" ... impossible to get hold of! Didn't reply to email or calls. My recommendation... call the product supplier before you purchase any item of Groupon, if they answer your call it's a start.
