Purchase tracked then the company the shed came from refunded £20 as the size was of the roof and not the base of the shed and then d st suddenly my cashback disappeared

My experience of Groupon is that they never pay out on cashback. TCB don't seem too bothered about it.

Groupon turned down a claim with the usual excuse. I've been using TC for years, I know how to make sure it tracks. Unfortunately Groupon can't be trusted to payout.

No cashback paid after putting in a claim, 2nd time this has happened to me buying luggage. Their prices and quality are quite good but don't expect cashback to be paid. Might look at buying direct next time.

I would leave zero stars if I could, as I was 'cashback declined by the retailer' under the pretence of my fault... absolutely ridiculous! I can believe it might have happened once but every single time? It seems they just don't want to pay...

Many orders with this merchant. Three orders laced in August last year. All tracked ok but declined just as every cashback always has with this merchant. Didn't go through any other site. Didn't use any discount codes but they just always decline. Tracks absolutely fine but yet to have one go through to pay out.
