Poor customer service
Very dissatisfied with Groupon customer service.
I had purchased a voucher for a friend for her birthday in April. She went to use the voucher this week to be told it expired 3 weeks ago. She hadn’t used it due to a close family bereavement. We contacted the business & they asked to to contact Groupon as they were happy to have it extended. But Groupon refused to extend.
I will not use Groupon again & I tell everyone I know how rubbish & unhelpful their customer service was

Poor, cashback advertised, Groupon purchased and redeemed, cashback declined for no apparent reason. Will go direct to the service providers in future or assume I won't get the cashback.

Ridiculous!
Not only my transaction was not tracked, but also when I lodged a claim with TC Groupon declined it again saying that I have probably used a promotional code, coupon or somthing of a kind which is absoloutlrey not true! It happened to me previously as well so I do not intend to use Groupon again in the future.
Take my advice and stay away from this merchant.

Overall I'm satisfied as It tracks my purchase and my orders appear on my dashboard quickly, even if sometimes they take longer to confirm and become payable.

It used to be pretty good, but now it just declines cashback automatically. Also had at least 1 occasion where they have sold vouchers for restaurants no longer participating. Not as good value as it used to be.
