The transaction shows £1.05 lower than I paid but I usually get Groupon through tcb and hadn't noticed this before so I'm not sure what happened there. Pity whoartnow have been taking their time in sending me the product (ordered with Groupon voucher a month ago). I think some of the deals are great but I have felt a bit ripped off sometimes e.g. trainee colouring my hair=disaster, restaurant only allowing voucher use on quiet days but this wasn't in the t&c when I bought it.

I have jsut spent about an hour applying for missing claims and hopefully you will be able to get them for me. I have spent a lot of money with Groupon over the past 12 months, but only a feew of them have paid out. you do however, have records of all the transactions.
