I think Groupon are excellent. I have bought over 20 deals and they have all been great bar one. This last one the shop was closed - I contacted Groupon and they refunded my money straight away.

The transaction shows £1.05 lower than I paid but I usually get Groupon through tcb and hadn't noticed this before so I'm not sure what happened there. Pity whoartnow have been taking their time in sending me the product (ordered with Groupon voucher a month ago). I think some of the deals are great but I have felt a bit ripped off sometimes e.g. trainee colouring my hair=disaster, restaurant only allowing voucher use on quiet days but this wasn't in the t&c when I bought it.
