The cashback was fine and received OK. This was the purchase of a mattress topper from Silentnite. Process worked well and item received within the specified time, just! Pleased with this but a previous transaction didn't go so well.

Have had some great bargains, but always check carefully as sometimes there are better deals to get without going via Groupon! Have had 3 excellent value meals at great restaurants so far.

Transaction track quickly and has a quick payable time scale so I'm happy with the speed and the actual cashback. One thing I have noticed with Groupon is the discount it boasts about isn't always accurate and when I went to the websites directly have been offered or priced very similar. But the cashback is certainly a bonus.

I have purchased several Groupon deals. So far no major problems. Some have been much more enjoyable than than others, for instance the DiveLife promotion - my son and I had a fabulous time. Happy to buy from again.

I've had mix experiences with groupon and vouchers, the 1st voucher I purchased didn't track yet the vendor honoured the voucher no trouble. Second voucher tracked at a very low rate and I am having trouble with the vendor, you have to view what you want on line, then phone a mobile number that just rings, they have answered twice, 1st to be told they were to busy and call back later. 2nd they were closing for 2 weeks and if I placed an order they couldn't honour it for the date I wanted.
I will comment at a later date if I manage to use my voucher and get the cashback.
