Cashback didn't track initially but submitted missing cashback claim and it was awarded pretty quickly; now confirmed and showing payable within a reasonable time frame.

I did not have a good experience as was made aware that i was a groupon voucher user so not as valuable a customer as their usual customers why put yourself forward for this when you disrespect the customer

Cashback always very quick via Groupon, I use Groupon a lot and have to say that have not had 1 bad experience despite thinking this is too good an offer to be true - none have been anything but the description so topmarks to TCB and Groupon from me, and if i ever do get a bad one then all the good ones will outweigh it

Used Groupon twice - once was for a spa day which the wife thought was excellent and once for a short break. The short break ran into problems because of availability, so I asked for a refund which was issued promptly with no problems. Can't fault either Groupon, the deals or the cashback.

HAD 2 FANTASTIC MEALS THROUGH GROUPON THIS WEEKEND WHILE AWAY IN YORK... FABULOUS INDIAN MEAL AT BOMBAY SPICE ( ONE OF THE NICEST INDIAN MEALS I HAVE HAD ) AND I HAVE HAD A FEW. AND A LOVELY ITALAIN MEAL ABSOLUTELY LOADS TO EAT..THEY CERTAINLY KNEW HOW TO FILL OUR PLATES... ALSO THANKS TO TOP CASH BACK

Good deal but very disappointed that the voucher, which cost £9 against a £20 purchase, was not eligible for a replacement product. This seems totally unreasonable when purchasing on line, so this for me has been my worst Groupon deal ever!

Very impressed with Groupon! I made a transaction through tcb, it tracked within 2 hours, and made payable in less than 3 weeks! The quickest cashback payment that i've had to date! I've recommended Groupon and TCB to all my friends and family!

Yet again within a month they have reduced the cashback from 6% to 5%..in 6 months we have seen it halved! I guess because so many people are using TCB and probably they want to increase their profits, what else?!
Still is a good deal though I'm thinking they are moving towards 2-3% soon.
