	I use Groupon all of the time and while they are brilliant for saving money they never auto track for me and I have to manually track through customer services. I currently have 8 un-tracked Groupon deals waiting in my queue! That said, I have found the deals to be exceptional value so the cashback is just an added bonus when it finally comes through.

	Groupon cashback has never tracked on my last 3 purchases. I'm having to lodge claims each time and it takes 3-6 months to process to payable. the voucher of course is already used and even months later the cashback is not tracked. Really bad.

	No cashback is ever tracked, 10 deals I've bought on Groupon no cashback ever... This is becoming a familiar story with all the deals on topcashback, gone are the days when you can trust them....

	I get some great deals using Groupon but have bought 2 things lately and both haven't tracked and have sent nudge after nudge. I think Top Cash Back should review this supplier as it is giving alot of people bad experiences on top cash back!!!!

	You already make a huge saving buying through Groupon, to get cashback as well is amazing! I've done a few transactions and they have all tracked and be paid!

	Consistently fails to track. However, consistently my manual claims are honoured. So no complaints really. It is a bit painful having to manually put in a claim, but they have never failed to pay out. So well done to TCB for chasing up claims, boo to Groupon for failing to report transactions.

	I have no real issues with the service I have received thus far, however, not one of my purchases has tracked and I am having to submit a claim whenever I use Groupon!

	i have now ordered 4 items from groupon via the top cashback site. none of my orders have tracked, and despite lodging an untracked item claim have so far not received any cash back from the company. i have received all my goods in a timely way from groupon and the items have been as described and great value, just don't expect the cash back from them to be forthcoming.

	Why does TCB rate Groupon as 99.9% satisfaction? Just read the reviews, Groupon aren't paying cashback most of the time. I have 4 tickets for payment requests but aren't hopeful. To be fair it's not just Groupon. Ever since TCB started charging an annual fee and spending money on TV adverts I've had little success in receiving cashback.

	I have an untracked claim outstanding from 31st May of this year & still not had any joy! TCB don't seem to be bothering to chase it as i have sent 3 nudges. Don't bother with this merchant.

	Don't bother - cashback never tracks, and I use groupon regularly. TCB should seriously look at this - the offered cashback is a pure lie.

	Four transactions have failed to track for which I have had to waste time making claims for! What is going on???? Very poor Groupon!

	From my personal experience from groupon- I would recommend not to have any hope to receive the cashback or even to track. I had quite a few purchases from this merchant - neither of them has been even tracked or paid up. The TCB comes with the same excuses- never tracked as something to do with cookies. Absolute nonsense as I am TCB member not for the 1 st year and all transactions from all other merchants are always trackable. In addition, the very last purchase with groupon has not even been delivered by them for 20 days now. Not sure whether it will be ever delivered.

	There are great deals to be had via Groupon and I have had good experiences with the deals I have bought, but so far I have not seen any trace of any cashback that should have been earned (and no joy word from having the claim followed up by topcashback). Part of me thinks "what the hell, I'm getting a good deal anyway", but another part of me thinks "they promised cashback and they haven't followed through" and this is the sort of thing that bugs really me.
