	Only tracks occasionally. I tend to indulge all in one go and buy 2/3 beauty deals at the same time...but only seems to track the first deal. So, it's annoying to have to remember to manually submit a ticket and enter all my details again & again...

	Great when cashback tracks but had to submit lots of tickets. Problems usually when 2 transactions made on same day, merchant slow to respond to tickets. I'd use it much more if this problems were solved...

	Buying was really easy, however the delivery was late and had to change our order as they ran out of the original colour ordered. Though I think this was due to the company they were going through rather than groupon.

	experienced tcb user, so I know what im doing and met all the criteria to receive cashback. However, my last couple of purchases have not tracked correctly and one is being declined, stay away and use someone else.

	I buy from Groupon regularly and it seems to be 50/50 as to whether there offers actually are usable. I have purchased restaurant deals where the restaurant has subsequently closed down or has been closed for most of the time of the voucher period. I've also purchased things that are supposedly available at weekends too but are then not possible to book due to overbooking. My main gripe is that they have never automatically tracked any cashback and it's a real pain to find the correct details on a Groupon Voucher to track it manually (there's is never one distinct Order ID!). Almost all other purchases via TopCashBack are fine though???

	Found a great deal on an ipad mini. Tried to find it going through TCB and surprise surprise it was not on the site. Went back to groupon site independently and purchased 2 ipad minis costing me £600. I should have had £38 cashback. So much for TCB implying that you get through to the same website as you would normally. Can not understand all the great reviews. I think it stinks.

	Groupon cashback is absolutely rubbish. hardly ever tracks and claims are always refused. on top of that I have had several purchases that have not been honoured. absolute shambles.

	Always tracks within 10 minutes. Not sure why others have problems, cookies maybe? Anyway, never had an issue, very reliable and becomes payable much quicker than a lot of other sites so hurray for groupon!!!
