There are a number of scare stories around about Groupon and their discounts.
So far (touch wood) I have only positive experiences from my interaction with them, both in the deals I've bought and also from their customer service when things haven't worked out and I've been unable to redeem vouchers purchased.

I had been buying things through Groupon for a while before i realised i could get Cashback, now i always remember to go through here first before committing to buying. So far all my purchases have accrued cashback and it has come on to my account within a reasonable time. No problems for me.

I would highly recommended Groupon Excellent Customer Service and sort out my problems when the seller did not send me the goods or no replied from seller. I recommended Groupon get away packages to my sisters they are so happy to stay in 4star hotel with excellent services and return flight ticket to Europe. I normally buy every week and online Groupon everyday.
