do not wasdte your time I have used these on two occassions the first tine it tracked and showed £35.00 never bcaqme payable and eventually revereted to nil never got paid the second time it tracked at zero then declined so a waste of time

Speed of service regarding selling my gold was fantastic, got a good price that was paid in to my bank acount quicky.
Payment tracked at the expected £25 for months and months and then changed to £0 for no apparent reason. I've checked the conditions and I believe I was fully entiled to the cashback, reported a claim to Top Cashback, just waiting to hear back which apparently could take another few months.

Absolutely fantastic experience, cashback tracked instantly, its not confirmed yet but I expect it to since I met the requirements listed. I sent the gold at 5pm yesterday and the money was in my account by 4pm today, excellent service.

BEWARE!!!! I have used this site twice,cashback tracked straight away but after waiting months cashback went to 0.i DOES STATE THOUGH YOU HAVE TO SEND 10 GRAMS OF GOLD TO GET CASHBACK.the price for the gold was good price ,and very quick sending cheque, but i did not have the required amount of gold to claim cashback.

Well after waiting for 3 months having gotten good price for my gold. The £35 promised has now went payable at 0.00 ! now chasing this. Lets hope so. Ill keep you posted

This merchant tracked immediately and paid for the items I sent very promptly, however 2-3 months on and the transaction still hasn't been confirmed. I'm VERY disappointed with this aspect of the service.

I sent my gold to them yesterday in their prepaid bag. They emailed me this morning with offer. Very fair and money in bank by 3pm. Delighted. Cashback tracked as soon as I gave them my details. Lets hope it becomes payable quickly but thoroughly happy. Well done must be my best retailer experience on here
