"Query rejected-Transaction can not be traced-Sale not found" --I spent A YEAR trying to argue the case...gave evidence, order references, etc. Still rejected the cash back claim. You should avoid them!

terrible for not tracking with Go compare, Ive lost out on a lot of money with these over the last few years??? same response every time yet I shop the same way with every other retailer and rarely have any issues..

Cashback was on 'pending' for over two months, then suddenly declined. I had followed all the terms and conditions stated. It appears that many people have experienced the same problem aswell sadly. I have submitted a claim to TopCashback's customer service.

Cashback NEVER tracks with this merchant or is always declined. Every time I use I have to make a long-winded claim. Last one for home insurance took over a year to get cashback on a valid and genuine policy. Terrible every single time.
