FALSE ADVERTISING FROM CO COMPARE!! Cashback declined (policy bought in December) for no reason despite following correct procedure. Raised a customer claim and supplied policy nr etc, no reply as yet.

Caveat emptor. I went with this supplier because it had good reviews for honouring its cashback promise. The purchase tracked but my cashback payment was declined and I have had no explanation for the reason. The cashback team has not resolved this for me.
