I didn’t expect to get cashback.
After purchasing this hosting service, I was asked to complete a phone verification for compliance purposes. I understand that such checks are reasonable and necessary from a regulatory perspective, but personally, I was not comfortable with this verification method. Therefore, I requested that my account be closed, and they refunded my payment.
What surprised me was that I still received the cashback in the end. I would like to sincerely thank both the merchant and TopCashback for honoring the cashback. I truly appreciate their efforts and support.

They don't pay out
As with the other reviewers, don't expect to get your cashback.
34% sounds too good to be true, well... it is.

DO NOT rely on any cash back from this merchant
The were o previously and ran away wothout honoring and agreed and valid cashbacks.
I cant believe TCB have allowed them back on.

Didn't track
First time I've had a claim rejected, stating that there was no record of my transaction, odd since I'd spent over £100 and provide order details. Disappointed by this retailer. Won't be renewing hosting with them that's for sure.

Incorrect cashback calculations
Cashback tracked significantly lower than expected as with others.
Some quick maths shows that they calculate the cashback based on one month's service. This is in contrast to the claimed rate of 68% of the translation.
I have raised a dispute pointing this out to TCB.

Great for Hosting, but don't expect cashback.
I've been using this company for my hosting for several domains, webmail etc for a number of years and for that side I've had no issues. However each order I've placed through TopCashBack, hoping to glean a little of the cashback on them either hasn't tracked, or tracked for a tiny fraction of the massive cashback percentages advertised.

Paid for a year upfront at over £500 expected a high % of cashabck BUT it's incorrectly tracked at £81 with little cashback - I have no idea how they got these numbers! Extremely disappointed. BEWARE! I have submitted a claim some time ago now and still not resolved.
