was told of a delivery date, but delivered next day, which was no good as the anniversary of a wedding day that didn't happen was day I asked for, and didn't care when I tried to complain

Nationwide delivery but doesn't deliver to Lincoln (!) and only tells you this when you gone through the checkout. Very disappointing.

Sent dead flowers some wrong flowers and the delivery driver threw them over the back garden fence and damaged the card. The driver didnt even knock on the door. The images were sent to Eflorist. They ignored everything and said the flower substitutions were within the guidlines of the policy. That policy appears to be to replace them with dead flowers and they think this is acceptable

Ordering was easy. I was kept in touch with the delivery times - and they arrived before the quoted time. Recipient was delighted.
