Recently had a cashback declined even though it tracked and went to payable. this was for a big purchase. Unable to do manual claim as its disappeared from the earnings list & gone beyond 1 month. Previous smaller transactions tracked ok. Makes u wonder whats happening.

At first every transaction tracked and paid but since July-ish not a single transaction has tracked. I've put a claim in for 4 of the larger purchases I've made but have now missed out on quite a number of smaller ones which seemed too much effort to process claims for. Don't know what's gone wrong with their tracking, disappointing.

Really pleased with my cashback experience through ebay. This is the first time I have experienced it - although I have shopped on ebay before. If I had of done this before I could have saved myself so much more money .

I use ebay extensively but I am quite disappointed at the cashback offered, it seems to bear no relation to the percentages quoted. I wish they were more honest and say it's only 2% which is what it seems to be not 60%
