Had my cashback claim refused with a false statement that it had already been given on the transaction but it took 6 months to come up with that lame one, won't be booking direct again with Easyjet Holidays as I can't trust them

I'm still waiting for cashback since Jan 17. I assumed the delay was because we paid a deposit only in Jan. But we paid in full in August 17 and are still waiting despite putting in a claim

Would give less stars if I could. Purchased flights in May and didn't track even though tcb had all the details of the transaction. Lodged a claim straightaway and still waiting for an update. Nudged but no response. Not sure where the fault lies but not good customer service.

Very poor, I paid for my flight over 1 year ago, submitted a claim 9 months ago. No sign of ever receiving my cashback! Not sure whose, service is worse here....Easyjet or TCB!

Bought 2 tickets online through Topcash back. I did not received the money. When I put in the claim surprise surprise. Easyjet said they had not evidence of this. Complete con artist and dishonourable. But I guess you get cheapish ticket , you get crap service

BEWARE THOSE THAT SUBMIT MISSING QUOTE CLAIMS AGAINT EASYJET
on the 25th Jan I booked Easyjet flights via TCB which didn't track. so I lodged a missing claims form. the form is simple enough, it asks for name, address, booking details including THE BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER. all details were submitted correctly. However my missing claim was declined by Easyjet because according to TCB I hadn't given the correct FLIGHT REFERENCE NUMBER. THERE IS NOWHERE ON THE CLAIM FORM THAT ASKED FOR YOUR FLIGHT REFERENCE NUMBER, JUST THE BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER. besides outbound and inbound flights from any country have separate and ALWAYS different flight reference numbers.
REMEBER IF YOU HAVE TO LODGE A CLAIM ADD ALL YOUR FLIGHT REFERENCES IN THE ADDITION INFORMAATION BOX, ELSE YOUR CLAIM IS LIKELY TO BE REJECTED, AND NOT SOMETHING TCB WILL TELL EACH CLAIMANT BEFOREHAND.
Very disappointed with Easyjet and even more disappointed with TCB

I have made several bookings through the esay jet link over the pass 18 months and have not had any cash back todate, on each occassions easy jet have stated they are unable to trace my booking! TCB have made every effort to chase this on my behalf but have not been able to resolve the matter. Poor service from easy jet!!

Purchased flights Oct 2011. £15 cashback failed to track, raised missing cashback claim and sent several nudges. Finally got a response May 2012 saying booking ref was not an Easyjet booking ref, despite this being the booking reference quoted on their booking confirmation e-mail and on all the info relating to the booking on their website!
