Avoid if using top cashback because of cashback probably will not get it.

If you are going to offer a service for discounts, offer 10% for staff. Not zero.

Usual BS about not tracking/being identified as last referrer. This is nonsense as I have been using TCB for over 10 years - assumed to be just a way of them ducking payment. Very unhappy

Unbelievably slow
Have booked twice and first time took months and months of chasing to get an eventually payout. Second time, still waiting for cashback to even track though its been weeks since holiday was booked and taken. Awfully slow.

Not tracked - claim logged months ago - no updates
Really disappointed. Booked holiday with easyJet and went through topcashback, it never tracked and no one taking responsibility months later to resolve it.

Twice they have changed airports and twice I have had to cancel why fly out from one airport and on return flight land at a different one. So inconvenient.

Avoid, if any cashback important to you.
Still waiting in February 2023 for even a cashback update let alone payment for a holiday fully paid in January 2022 and taken in July 2022.

Declined cashback before we even went on holiday but this did not show on the app. After our holiday I submitted a claim and 2 weeks later have still heard nothing. Only on the off chance I logged in on the full site and saw it had been declined. I did everything that you should to gain the cashback so I can't see what the problem is. To top that off we used there recommend airport transfer who didn't pick us up for our return flight so are now more money out of pocket. They are impossible to get hold of so looks like we will be claiming that on the holiday insurance...

Cashback tracked in January but was declined in September. Put in a claim and was told TopCashback was not the last click before purchase. No idea how that was the case as I know exactly how to do these things to make sure the cashback tracks and is paid properly. Feel ripped off over this but TopCasback say they cannot help me further on this.

Listed as 'Faster Paying'...But Very Slow. TCB should remove the faster paying lable. Bought a Esyjet Holiday in 18 Mar 2019, now nearly into September and still showing as pending.
