Good price holiday booked using promotional code which got us £50 off the cost of the holiday, was having a little trouble with the website and easyjet don't do online help, only customer service via an 0845 (I think)phone number. This wasn't any use, as they could only assist with bookings made on the telephone, which meant no Top Cash Back and I don't thik you could use the promotional code either.
The Top Cash back tracked pretty much straight away, and shows it as payable in about 10 weeks time. My Mum booked same holiday at same time and her Top Cash Back only tracked after submitting a missing claim.
Haven't been on the holiday yet but if it turns out to be rubbish then I can't blame that on easyjet. Would definately look at easyjet again when looking for a holiday.

Booked holiday for over £1900 and cashback failed to track. Did not query until over 14 days had passed as advised on Top Cash Back site. Submitted missing cashback claim today and it was resolved within 5 minutes! Thank you Top Cash Back staff, excellent result delivered in record time.

Takes forever but I got the full payout
I booked this in March 2023, holiday was September 2023. Cashback became payable in Jan 2024. A long wait but I did receive the full amount. I had expected it to decline after such a long time.

Two things to say here. First, be prepared to wait: cashback did not track at first. Submitted a ticket, and heard nothing from Easyjet for a good few months. Nudged, and a month later, finally received something. Second, be aware that although they don’t appear to spell it out on the website, Easyjet will not give cashback on flights only. They refused my cashback because it was not an entire holiday booking. For failing to point that out, I’m rating this promotion poorly.
