Compare the broadband deals and select the package you'd like to choose, select the 'Visit now' button which will take you either to a voucher code screen (if your package has one included) or straight through to the broadband provider site. Continue to purchase your chosen package and your cashback will automatically track to your TopCashback account.

Your cashback should show within your TopCashback account within 7 days from your purchase date, if nothing has shown within your account after 7 days please get in touch via a claim. Once your cashback has tracked to your account it can take upto 90 days to be approved and your cashback should progress to payable within 5 working days after being approved.

No, you still pay the same price, either in one go, or by monthly payments. Your cashback will then be credited to your TopCashback account and you can withdraw it once it's reached Payable status.

No, unfortunately for our Broadband Comparison everything must be completed on-line and after clicking from our comparison panel. If you've made a purchase without clicking through our comparison we will not be able to provide any cashback.
