At every opportunity, I inform people about the brillient cutomer service of the telephone staff. They not only take your order but also inform you, about any special offers that are available. The meat and the poultry products I use, are excellent for flavour and appearance. Delivery is always quick
and well packed with the type of boxes and ice packs.

Donald Russell is an exceptional meat retailer. Everything is portioned and neatly packed, saving me from spending more time in the kitchen.
The beef tastes nothing like its supermarket counterpart. You owe it to yourself to try it once. The grand steak burgers are the best tasting burgers I have ever had - period.
And there's cash back on top, tracked effortlessly !

Bought my parents & sister the mince when it was on offer and was better quality than they've ever tasted. Re-ordered and included the sausages, sooo meaty and hardly any fat in either product. Am now ordering the stir fry strips and the no added water chicken breast, as the offer at the moment makes it price comparable but the quality is first class even without the cashback. Amazing, thanks DR :)

If product not as described tell customer services at Donald Russell. I was not happy with one item, they refunded the money and replaced it with no query at all.
They are very concerned about customers being happy with the product. Have had several perfect orders since.

When meat is discounted it is quite good value compared with supermarkets.

Have been ordering from DR for about 2 years, but until now didn't realise I could get cash back! Within 2 hours my per cent was coming back to me. You have to taste to appreciate as there's no comparison....food to die for! They may be a tad pricier than any of the supermarket chains but it is so worth it. Seafood, fish and steaks like no other.

Good, quick cashback. Meat is the best I have ever tasted - cannot compare to any supermarket (including M&S and Waitrose). Full of flavour and melts in the mouth.
Get cooking information books with each type of food ordered.
Customer services polite and very helpful on calling.
Have used twice in 3 weeks, and will definitely use again.
