Very shaky performance. Cash back often refused. Conditions and terms seem built on sand, always shifting. Unreliable results with cash back. Fantastic food, though.

If I could've given it zero stars It would be too high. Cashback denied for some reason although I used the same computer as the 1st time when I did receive cashback. Also the delivery wasn't how I wanted so I'm not buying with them again.

Very poor communication from Donald Russell. They are not sure what their cashback offers have been or what changes have been made making it impossible to check the accuracy of cashbacks on purchases.

Last order not tracked and had to chase. Previous orders not a problem. Good amount of cashback - if you can get it. Seems to me that if you place a few orders too close together there is confusion on topcashback and retailers part over which cashback belongs to which order. Come on Topcashback, it's not rocket science.
