friend icon Still waiting for cash back for policy taken out in march - had to put in claim, which is as yet not resolved, not even showing as tracked - so slow will never use direct line again, unless they can speed up process - also disappointing they won't let you have cashback in Tesco clubcard vouchers - that's if I ever receive it anyway:-(

friend icon After purchasing and taking out a Policy in March 2013 the cashback has finally become payable. Had to have a lot of help through customer services at TCB to get it but got there in the end. So good luck everyone who is due cashback - keep persevering and hopefully it will become payable eventually. In the meantime thank you to the customer service team of Topcashback for not giving up as well!!!!

friend icon Bought home insurance with Direct Line in January and just checked to see if the cashback had tracked. It's tracked, but a note says the cashback 'estimated payable' time is in 34 WEEKS! The policy price was good, but if you want quick cashback then don't bother.

friend icon Avoid. I purchased my insurance in July and still waiting for cashback in December. Just checked expected payout date it says 34 weeks!!!
