An absolute disgrace - purchase a TV from them - advertised 1 - 2 week lead time. When received email confirmation - it has suddenly become a 1 month lead time. A week prior to when it should have been delivered - received another mail saying couldn't delivery for another 4 months !!!! I would stay well clear of Dell if you are relying on delivery - like I was for this christmas ;-(

I ordered a TV from Dell and it stated 2 to 3 weeks for delivery which was fine with me. The TV was then delivered the 3rd working day after order!!! The only issue I had was the cashback failed to track automatically, however after chasing it was located and am waiting for it to be paid in the next couple of months.

Happy with cashback and also laptop once I received it. There was a labelling problem so it wasn't delivered on the expected date and it was quite difficult getting through to the right department to find out what was happening and arrange a second delivery date.

A good retailer who I have used many times. Now also getting cashback is an added bonus. Had a small hiccup intracking the transaction but successfully claimed it (resolved by all in a reasonable time)
