BE AWARE. I posted a negative review on currys pc worlds facebook page and they deleted it and blocked me from posting or commenting on them. leased a computer for two years and after 13 months has stopped working and they refuse to repair it and expect me to keep paying the monthly payments. The led us to believe it was all covered and said nothing about needing extra cover after a year. Not recommended to buy from them.

They don't deserve one star. Don't use them. Purchased new appliances worth over 3k for a new kitchen in September 2017. Tracked incorrectly , then declined. Only got answers 5 months later!!! Absolutely disgusted. I will never again shop at Currys PC World. All future purchases will be at John Lewis and I will forgo any potential cashback safe in the knowledge I am dealing with a trustworthy retailer.

Black Friday amount tracked at lower rate but notes advised that this would be uplifted to full amount when payment made but this could take up to 60 days.... and when it didn't and only the MUCH lower amount paid out then I was unable to query as beyond 60 days! Disappointing. However, the regular purchases have tracked ok with the exception of the Black Friday but a big shame as this was a £60 difference
