Every time I try getting cashback from Currys, they always find some reason for it to be declined. It tracks initially, but then doesn't get paid out.

Didn't receive an e-mail from merchant to advise my order was available for collection. Was given an apparently honest reason for this by a staff member who cited human error, then another staff member, who was unaware I had already spoken with his colleague, told me it was a system glitch. Come on guys, it's okay to make mistakes but don't tell lies to customers.

Once again failed to track and manual claim rejected. The excuse given is not correct but no comeback. This is the reason I have moved most of my business to other sites, often with higher cashback.
