Cashback declined after waiting 4 months for no apparent reason after all criteria were met. I will never shop at Currys/PC World again useless company,i give companies one chance and if they rip me off then thats it .

if I could give a zero rating I would, My sale didn't track, put in a dispute and 4 months later still waiting for Currys to sort it out, terrible Service and absolute waste of time, I wouldn't bother and it's time Topcashback take them off their site or sanction them in some way until they sort everyone's claims out.

Purchased an Apple Watch which tracked quickly but was declined 4 months later with no explanation. Not a massive amount but that's not the point. The only reason I went with Currys was because the TCB made it cheaper than their competitor!

Declined Cashback after 4 months! Had choice of ordering from John Lewis or Currys and only went with Currys as with cash back they came out cheaper. Now after 4 months they have declined cash back!! Really annoying as if I had purchased from John Lewis would have had an extra years guarantee too. Will think twice before using Currys again.

Currys seem to decline cashback for no good reason. I purchased a washing machine 3 months ago and they declined cashback until I raised a claim. A year ago I purchased a dishwasher and they declined that also but I did not notice until after the 60 day period for claims had been passed so I lost that cash.

I made 2 purchases in Nov/Dec 2018. Both tracked but are still showing as Pending after nearly 4 months. Judging by other recent reviews I'm guessing these will be declined for no reason. Not impressed.
