Currys seem to decline cashback for no good reason. I purchased a washing machine 3 months ago and they declined cashback until I raised a claim. A year ago I purchased a dishwasher and they declined that also but I did not notice until after the 60 day period for claims had been passed so I lost that cash.

I made 2 purchases in Nov/Dec 2018. Both tracked but are still showing as Pending after nearly 4 months. Judging by other recent reviews I'm guessing these will be declined for no reason. Not impressed.

If cashback is a factor in your purchase shop somewhere else than here - claim declined for no valid reason. I can see a number of other recent reviews saying something similar so clearly I'm not alone in this. This is no criticism of top cashback however, they do what they can to help.

Tracked as 'pending' after purchase and it stayed like this for 3.5 months and then just disappeared! TCB tell me it was declined so i've had to lodge a claim! I have the receipt for my pruchase right here and i can even take a photo of the damn thing i bought! I wouldn't rely or trust Currys PC World for cashback again, seems very dodgy to me!!!!

Very unhappy with Currys cashback service. Every time I buy an item from Currys I always have to go through the Topcashack claim system to get this cashback. This last episode took over three months to get my cashback (through no fault of Topcashback Customer Services) who are brill.

Avoid this company. They will lie to decline cashback. Apparently i did not pick up my goods. Hilarious since Currys delivered them to my kitchen where they stll are nearly a year after this saga started. Will not use again.

Currys offered an increased cashback on Samsung TVs, which influenced our decision to buy from them expecting around £35 cashback. However, the cashback tracked incorrectly at the standard amount (about a fiver). It was raised as a ticket and Currys have been slow to respond, and their one response failed to give any clear reason why our cashback was declined. We have chased them multiple times and it is coming up to 10 months, they just seem to ignore the messages althought eh Customer care team at TopCashback have repeatedly told me they are still chasing Currys for a response (and have also confimred that my purchase meets the criteria fo rthe higher level of cashback). Really poor response from such a big name, just goes to show they trade on their brand so dont think they have to put much effort into customer service, and being a large retailer they clearly couldnt car less if they lose a customer here or there - apparently satisfying customers is more effort than their time is worth.

0 stars had cashback declined after over 3 months when initially credited stating that the item had been discounted (it wasn't) . Terrible customer service so. should be removed from tcb
